Missing Contents and Packaging Condition Policy

All albums sold on our store are factory sealed and sourced from official distributors.

Please note that any missing contents inside the album, including but not limited to photocards, bookmarks, posters, preorder benefits, or any other inclusions, are the responsibility of the manufacturer. As the items are sealed at the factory, we are unable to verify the contents before shipping. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or compensation for any missing items.

In addition, minor cosmetic imperfections to the outer packaging are considered normal. This includes slight dents, small scratches, or lightly damaged corners. These do not qualify for exchange, refund, or compensation.
