Q. What shipping methods do you provide?

A. We ship all items via Royal Mail in the UK, all depending on the total amount of your order :

1/ Orders from :

£0.01 to £15.00 : Royal Mail 2nd Class : £2.99 (Isles of Man, Jersey and Guernsey excluded)

£15.01 to £50.00 : Royal Mail 2nd Class Track & Signed : £4.50 (Isles of Man, Jersey and Guernsey excluded)

£50.01 to £80.00 : Royal Mail 2nd Class Track & Signed : £4.99 (Isles of Man, Jersey and Guernsey excluded)

£80.01 to £120.00 : Royal Mail 2nd Class Track & Signed : £5.99 (Isles of Man, Jersey and Guernsey excluded)

£120.01 to £179.99 : Royal Mail 2nd Class Track & Signed : £6.99 (Isles of Man, Jersey and Guernsey excluded)

£180.00 : Free shipping in the UK (Isles of Man, Jersey and Guernsey excluded)

Q. Do you offer free shipping in the UK?

A. YES, we offer Free Shipping for orders of £180.00 or more anywhere in the UK, otherwise, the shipping fees are from £2.99.

Q. Do you ship outside the UK?

A. Yes! We ship to almost anywhere in the world. Just add items to your cart, enter your address at checkout and a real time shipping rate will be calculated.

Q. What are the shipping fees in European countries ( France, Germany, Spain, etc...)?

A. For the 26 European countries, the shipping fees starts from £25.99, the final cost will depend on the weight of your order and will be calculate automatically.

Q. What are the shipping fees in the rest of the world (USA, Canada, etc)?

A. For all shipping outside of Europe, the fees starts from £32.99, the final cost will depend on the weight of your order and will be calculate automatically.

Q. Who will pay the VAT ?

A. The prices payable for goods are as set out in the website, inclusive of VAT where applicable (books are currently zero rated). Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.

Q, Should I pay any customs charges for any outside the UK orders ?

A. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Hive has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.

Q. My shipment didn't arrive in the delivery timeframe that was displayed on checkout, what's going on?

A. Please note, the delivery timeframe is upon processing of your order. We try our best to process orders on the same day, but when there are high volumes, it could take up to 3/4 days to process, excluding delivery time. When we fulfil  your order, we will send you tracking information which you can use to track your parcel at the Royal Mail track and trace website. Please note that sometimes, the tracking information shows “ an update will only be made when we attempt to deliver your parcel”, this is a Royal Mail issue and out of the control of KYYO. We have no other means of tracking your parcels and advise you to wait 7-10 days for a parcel to arrive after you receive the tracking information. This is purely down to Covid 19 issues affecting Royal Mails services.

It is important to note also that the Korean release date shown on your order does mean an additional 2-3 weeks for that item to arrive into our UK warehouse. Therefore if for example an item says released in Korea on January 1st it then has to be shipped in bulk to our UK warehouse which means an additional 2-3 weeks maximum depending on flight delays etc. Be rest assured that as soon as an item arrives into our UK warehouse, we will fulfil the orders as soon as possible and you will receive tracking information on dispatch.

For international orders, there are many other factors that could be holding up your item, i.e. customs. Typically, if you are in the UK you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends). International orders usually take 1 to 2 weeks.

Q. Why did I get charged fees to pickup my international order?

A. Unfortunately, the fees you are being charged upon delivery of your orders are customs practices dictated and determined by your country's customs office. These additional fees are assessed by your government and we have no control over them, nor do we know what fees they will exercise. For additional information regarding your country's import tariffs we suggest contacting your local customs office directly.

Q. Your site is telling me there are no shipment options available to my destination, what's going on?

A. We try to fulfill and ship orders everywhere, but unfortunately, there are just some places that shipping is not possible. We will continue to look for ways to get our products there, just shoot us an email and give us a heads up.

Q. What payment options do you offer?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, American Express and Shopify Payments by Stripe.

B. We accept PayPal Express Checkout.



Q. Can I cancel an order ?

A. It is possible to cancel an order with no fees within 48 hours of ordering. If cancelling after this time and up to ten days before the item is due to ship from Kyyo we will have to charge a 8% processing fee. Because we order our items from Korea, we still have suppliers to pay, regardless of whether or not you wish to proceed with the item. Because of this, we will now have to impose this fee to you.

Any orders cancelled up to ten days before the shipment is due to arrive at Kyyo, will not be eligible for cancellation and no refunds can be processed at this time due to the orders being processed.

Q. Oops, I placed the wrong order, can I cancel?

A. Yes, absolutely! But you need to get in touch with us ASAP! Once an order ships, unfortunately, you will have to receive your order and then return it to us, but if you get in touch with us before we process it, we will be able to cancel your order. Q. Can I return or exchange my order?

A. Yes, most items (see below) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in the original condition that they were received in. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees. All returns/exchanges must contain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number please contact with your desired return or exchange details.

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges being sent to us, we will cover the postage when we send out the new products.

Custom orders and products cannot be returned/exchanged due to the personalised nature of the item.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once pre-order sales close.
