PRODUCT CONDITION NOTICE :

• Albums, photobooks, photocards, magazines, DVDs, Blu-rays, and merchandise are manufactured and packaged by third-party suppliers.

• Missing inclusions, printing defects, marks, scratches, discoloration, glue marks, misprints, or other manufacturing defects inside factory-sealed products are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

• KYYO cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for manufacturing defects or missing inclusions inside factory-sealed products.

• Photocards, postcards, posters, and other random inclusions are distributed randomly by the manufacturer. Specific members or designs cannot be guaranteed.
